Shipping, Taxes, Returns, and Refunds
In stock items are shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All items are shipped from New York City.
Shipments within the U.S.:
Via USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery within 2 - 3 business days after shipping
Via USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated delivery within 1 - 2 business days after shipping
Via USPS Priority Mail International: Estimated delivery within 6 - 10 business days after shipping
Duties and Taxes
For U.S. orders we charge applicable sate and local sales taxes for New York residents only. We do not charge sales tax or custom duties for international orders. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted on all items except undergarments/underwear. Items not eligible for return, exchange, or refund are clearly identified in the "Return Policy" section of the product page.
Eligible items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Prior to returning your item, please contact us at email@example.com to notify us of you intent (refund or exchange). If you fail to notify us prior to returning your item(s) we reserve the right to refuse the return. Your return must include your original order number or a copy of your packing slip. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer and the items are your responsibility until they received by us. As such, please make sure the items are properly packaged to avoid damage. We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with tracking information and insurance for the value of your items.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure that they are unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. If items meet these requirements we will then:
For returns: We will refund the purchase price of your item(s) only. Shipping charges and non refundable. Returns are credited back to the credit card used for purchase. Once we process your return it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card.
For exchanges: If the exchange results in a lower amount than your original purchase, we will refund you any excess amount less new shipping charges. If the exchange results in a higher amount than your original purchase, you will be responsible for the additional amount plus new shipping charges. For even exchanges you are responsible for new shipping charges.
For wrong or defective items: We apologize if you receive a wrong or defective item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you directly to either exchange or return the product.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 3 days of us receiving your items. We will notify you via email once we have processed your return/exchange
